The Role

As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support, ensuring every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective. Key Responsibilities:
