Regional Marketing Manager, NAM North-Central

This position requires in region location - remote in Chicago, greater Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Kansas. The North-Central Regional Marketing Manager will join a marketing and sales alignment team focused on driving aggressive pipeline growth within the North-Central region. This role is critical for translating corporate marketing objectives into high-impact, localized demand generation programs to increase brand presence and accelerate deal cycles across key accounts. The successful candidate will operate remotely within the region and be responsible for the full execution and analysis of regional go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven regional marketing plan specifically for the North-Central to meet defined sales pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Execute four core demand generation program types: digital campaigns, regional events (conferences/roadshows), webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness (ROI) of all regional campaigns using marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) data, providing regular KPI reports to leadership.
  • Align and enable the regional sales team by creating localized collateral, presentations, and outreach templates, and co-marketing with channel partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on regional or field marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and executing market-specific strategies in the North-Central region.
  • Proficiency in utilizing both a major Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing within the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Documented expertise in managing and reconciling a regional marketing budget.
  • Experience leading the planning and execution of regional trade shows and customer events.
  • Experience with localizing corporate content and case studies for a specific regional audience.
  • Post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent advanced experience.
