AI Native Technical Solutions Architect I

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with Honors, or a Master's Degree, in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and data analysis techniques.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot, etc.).
• Comfort with leading generative AI platforms (Copilot, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and bridge technical and business teams.
• Demonstrated passion for learning and applying new AI technologies to business environments across multiple industries.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Overview: This entry-level role blends foundational expertise in AI/machine learning, data science, and business analysis to drive AI-powered innovation across customer and internal initiatives. As part of WWT's Global Solutions & Architecture (GS&A) group, the analyst will support a globally distributed team of experienced AI Development Advisors and Solution Architects. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI Development Advisors and Architects to identify and advance customer opportunities involving AI, including Generative AI (e.g., coding assistants, LLMs, computer vision), machine learning, and Physical AI (e.g., robotics, digital twins).
• Support internal WWT teams by analyzing data, generating AI-driven insights, and improving business processes.
• Translate customer and internal business requirements into actionable AI solution specifications in partnership with technical teams.
• Assist in executive engagements with WWT customers to accelerate AI strategy development, assess AI maturity, and guide AI solution adoption.
• Promote the use and adoption of advanced AI tools—including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI's ChatGPT—to automate tasks, derive insights, and enhance productivity.
• Research and stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends and communicate their relevance to customer and internal use cases.
• Foster a collaborative, team-first approach to problem-solving and innovation.
