Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create visual storytelling plans for live studio productions across all ESPN platforms Design and deliver designs for studio shows and remote events Collaborate with Chiefs, Graphic Producers, and Statistical Specialists on a daily basis Work with Illustrators, Designers, and Art Directors on long-term projects Demonstrate sharp attention to detail while working independently and as part of team projects Use layout group logo and competitor symbolism for use across ESPN playout systems Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Online portfolio/demo reel showcasing creativity, design, and animation skills Individual and team interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction well Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, or related majors Must be at least 18 years old Must have unlimited work authorization in the USA Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience with After Effects Passion for sports and a desire to create visually engaging symbolism to enhance ESPN programming Previous experience in a related field or internship Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong design and animation skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Disney, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
