The Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. This is a night and weekend shift position, requiring a flexible and dedicated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients
- Helping clients set up their online shops, products, and E-Commerce platforms
- Troubleshooting issues with Printful Stores and E-Commerce platforms
- Providing product information and recommendations to clients
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, with experience using CRM software, email, and chat platforms
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and processes
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
