Job Summary

As an Experienced Live Chat Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely, effective, and personalized support to our customers through live chat interactions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand values and delivering exceptional experiences that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Resolve end-user inquiries through live chat interactions, utilizing multiple technologies and resources to provide accurate and complete information

  • Handle and resolve complex situations with customers in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with management on special projects related to customer service, contributing to process improvements and best practices
  • Respond to all inbound chats and assist management during assigned shifts, maintaining a quiet and distraction-free work environment
  • Handle multiple job tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Escalate issues promptly, ensuring seamless handovers to other teams or support channels

Requirements

* Willingness to accept a temporary assignment, with a minimum duration of 3 months

  • Minimum 3 months of live chat experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and providing exceptional customer support
  • Ability to pass a typing speed test, typing at least 50 WPM
  • At least 1 year of professional customer service experience, preferably in a large Call Center environment as a chat agent
  • Ability to sit and work at a desk and on the computer for extended periods, maintaining a quiet and distraction-free work environment
  • Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English (equivalent to CEF B2 level or above)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet, with basic data entry and word processing skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 50 WPM
  • Ability to maintain a quiet and distraction-free work environment, minimizing interruptions and distractions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a large Call Center environment as a chat agent

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Certification in customer service, such as CCE or CCSE
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's technology stack, including chat platforms and customer service tools
