Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions: Handle inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service and achieving the best resolution for the customer.
  • Providing advice: Offer customers expert advice on the best approach based on their needs and requests.
  • Achieving customer satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Spanish: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate: A customer-centric approach, with a genuine desire to help and support customers.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills: Make informed decisions, using your judgment and expertise to resolve customer issues.
  • Team player and respectful of authority: Collaborate with colleagues, respecting authority and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Attention to detail: Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Computer proficiency

* Windows: Proficient in Windows operating systems.

  • MS Office: Experienced in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home

As a work-from-home specialist, you'll need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently. You'll also require a strong social support system, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
