Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing customer interactions: Handle inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service and achieving the best resolution for the customer.
- Providing advice: Offer customers expert advice on the best approach based on their needs and requests.
- Achieving customer satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Spanish: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Customer-oriented and compassionate: A customer-centric approach, with a genuine desire to help and support customers.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues.

Computer proficiency
* Windows: Proficient in Windows operating systems.
