Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us understand our audience and drive business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify subscribers impacted by critical events, and collaborate with episode management, Business Operations, and trade designing to guarantee the accuracy of our subscriber data.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage admission and record information requirements connected with subscriber informing drives (including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new information being gathered) and occurrence remediation (ensuring that the right clients get discounts when required)

• Develop questions based on required business rationale, sometimes legally committing, to determine precise partners of subscribers for informing or potentially remediation
• Communicate business requirements to technical teams, and provide brief summaries of technical progress and potential roadblocks to business partners
• Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information
• Manage project planning and timelines and supervise cross-functional delivery to ensure status for critical business events
• Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks
• Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data episodes

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline

• 3+ years of scientific experience
• Proven ability to convey technical or potentially logical ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in a scientific field
