Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, who will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of data sources used for information/text mining, and analysis to enable informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of data sources used for information/text mining, and analysis to enable informed business decisions.
• Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources.
• Develop and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate results to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making.
• Lead and guide less experienced staff members, and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Regularly present to the management team and other stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.
• Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
• Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.
• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
• Microsoft Power BI

• Automation
• Financial Information
• Basic Accounting Information
