Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

Job Role

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:

• Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and up-to-date information
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
• Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
• Collaborating with the dispatch team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Schedule

Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will have a flexible schedule that includes:

• Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous call center experience, with at least one year of experience in a similar role
• The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) with ease

Remote Work Qualifications

As a remote worker, you will need to provide:

• High-speed internet access
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
• A reliable laptop and cell phone, which will be provided by arenaflex
