About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. To be eligible for this role, you must reside in the United States, specifically in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming. Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Seasonal Chat and Phone Technical Support and Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you should possess:

  • A stand-alone monitor (19 inches) to ensure optimal viewing and productivity.
  • A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) with a required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up.
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile) for reliable communication with customers and colleagues.
  • A dedicated home office that is noise/distraction-free, with a desk and an ergonomic chair to support your well-being and productivity.
