Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephones and responding to basic customer inquiries using established methods provided during training
  • Scheduling and changing customer appointments, answering questions from customers on what to bring to appointments, and addressing other customer concerns
  • Processing transactions and tracking responses to ensure completion of calls
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
  • Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Overtime may be available, and shifts may occasionally change based on business needs
  • Prior call center experience is a plus, but not necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen
  • Must have high-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow oral and written directions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Prior call center experience
  • Experience working with help desk software
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools
  • Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills
