Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in various research studies and projects, including online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
  • Completing data entry tasks, including reading, writing, and typing at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute
  • Following instructions and directions from study moderators and researchers
  • Utilizing Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized, although this is not mandatory
  • Conducting studies using your laptop, smartphone, or other mobile devices
  • Participating in webcam-based studies, which may require a stable internet connection and a webcam
  • Providing feedback and insights to researchers and study moderators

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A laptop, computer, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and typing skills, with the ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and instructions
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word or Excel
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English, with Spanish language skills a plus
  • Current USA resident
  • All education levels accepted, with varying requirements depending on the study

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are highly desirable. Additionally, experience with data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Word or Excel, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to $3,000 per multi-session studies
