Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers through phone, email, and chat support
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the Merchant Services team to identify and implement process improvements
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with merchants and customers
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and issue resolutions
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet productivity and quality standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures
