Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content group. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop new metrics to measure content performance. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, search queries) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
• Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Good TO-HAVES

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
