Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our healthcare clients
• Performing credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications
• Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards
• Verifying information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details
• Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

6+ months of experience

in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role (a plus, but not essential)

Availability to work 40 hours per week

, with weekends off (we're a Monday-to-Friday operation)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy: Ensure the quality and accuracy of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards
• Excellent command of the English language: Communicate effectively with our clients and team members
• Great written and verbal communication skills: Collaborate with our team and clients to deliver high-quality results
• Ability to support a work-from-home setup: Meet our technical requirements, including an internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
