Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and providing one-on-one support to ensure they understand their benefits and available resources. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure they understand their benefits and available resources - Provide personalized support to clients on a one-on-one basis, addressing their questions and concerns - Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring seamless support to clients - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and take on new responsibilities - Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues - Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
- Previous customer service and sales experience (a plus) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities - Customer service or customer relationship experience
Preferred Qualifications
