Job Overview

  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products and services as needed to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms. Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software are also essential.
