Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality

  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues via email, phone, and other digital channels

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems, such as Excel, Access, or Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts
