Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing customer success metrics and executing account strategies to drive growth and satisfaction
  • Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring long-term relationships and loyalty
  • Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to stay connected with clients and colleagues
  • Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps, and delivering customer renewals
  • Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts to expand our customer base
  • Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio to ensure exceptional service and support
