Job Overview The Marketing Operations Manager - UCAN will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns, creation budgets for promotional resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, social, publicity, and other teams. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who is adept at managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Netflix UCAN titles by overseeing end-to-end campaign operational scope, including regulating significant budgets, creative development operational management, resource planning and production, and campaign fulfillment/delivery. Budget and track spend for UCAN title marketing launches across the entire lifecycle of a campaign (from Creative Development to Delivery). Define and manage milestones across a whole campaign lifecycle, including creative development schedules, prompt on leader review timing, total partner delivery deadlines, production deadlines due dates, and backout timings for resource rollouts (e.g., media deliveries, premieres, etc.). Manage creative agency NDAs, SOWs, and creative agency onboarding on a case-by-case basis. Track creative agency expectations against the SOW and raise to essential partners of any potential lock date delays and budget overages. Ensure that time-sensitive bottlenecks are eliminated and advise on delivery and budget risks to enable the creation and production of high-quality creative at a high speed. Lead and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and global distribution of campaign milestones, resources, and expectations. Collaborate with a team of operational producers responsible for managing the completion, restriction, and dealing of promotional materials, including online and offline AV, key art, and out-of-home, digital, and social creative assets. Manage daily accelerations and troubleshooting of creative development and production issues. Use data to inform production best practices, eliminating failures throughout our functional pipelines. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of creative project management and creative production experience, ideally at an entertainment studio, agency, or organization. Proven track record of managing large cross-functional teams through successful marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of marketing campaign and restriction workflows, with a deep understanding of the creative and production process for video (trailers, TV spots, social creative, etc.), print/OOH, and digital materials. Familiarity with Video and Digital formats and arrangements while understanding the essentials of resource management, overhauling, and ad dealing. High skill and proven history of project management for high-profile global campaigns. Knowledge of the constantly evolving marketing landscape. Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types with geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making. Experience with project management tools and software. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
