Remote Bilingual (English And Japanese) IT Help Desk Specialist

TEKsystems is seeking a REMOTE Bilingual (Japanese/English) IT Help Desk Specialist. This role will be supporting end users in both the United States and Japan with IT troubleshooting. The schedule for this role will be: Tuesday - Saturday, 7pm - 4am EST (2pm - 1am PST). Top Skills Desired: - 2+ years of IT help desk/service desk experience (specifically IT call resolution experience) - Fluent in both English and Japanese (speaking and writing) - Previous experience with a ticketing system and creating tickets - Knowledgeable in Active Directory and resetting passwords - Strong customer service experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
