Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and work with our enterprise customers to drive long-term partnerships and growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts, onboarding new customers, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success. You'll work closely with internal teams to provide best-in-class support and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships and drive growth
- Onboarding new enterprise customers to ensure they're set up for success and have a positive experience with our platform
- Acting as the main point of contact for any customer escalations and providing timely, proactive resolutions
- Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Becoming the customer advocate and helping implement cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, and Support
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide best-in-class support and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our platform to existing customers
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and growth
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager who is passionate about driving customer success and growth. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer relationship management skills and a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers
- Strong communication, listening, writing, and time management skills
- Ability to problem-solve and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to work independently with little direction when necessary
- Genuine excitement about scaling a growing platform and driving customer growth
- An ownership mentality and a willingness to take ownership of customer success and growth
- Experience working in the email/newsletter space is a huge plus
