We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Facebook + TikTok) to join our team. Your main tasks will be:
- Facebook and TikTok Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM, and other tools;
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics;
- Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives.
We expect from you:
- Facebook, TikTok expert with at least 5 years of experience in UA (Meta Blueprint and TikTok certificates will be an additional advantage);
- Knowledge of Google Ads - an additional plus;
- Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect;
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
- English is B2 or higher;
- Russian C1+ (must have).
