- Prospect and book decision-maker meetings with real estate brokerages/teams.
- Run the first meeting, secure pilot/signature, drive first 10 agent orders in 60 days.
- Hand off to our account manager after first appointment.
Comp (paid on cash collected)
- Qualified DM meeting held: $150
- Signed pilot/agreement: $500
- Activation bonus: $1,000 when 10 agent orders happen within 60 days
- 5–9 orders: $500 now; +$500 at #10
- Override: 10% of gross profit on that brokerage’s agent orders for 90 days from first order
- SPIFFs: weekly prizes for top solo-agent first orders
