Job Summary

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for capturing and updating data in our company's databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Capture and update data in relevant databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Liaise with employees and customers to collect information and resolve data-related queries
  • Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
  • Perform data entry in EMR, prepare information for data entry, and complete clerical functions or data entry tasks
  • Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including training new data entry employees on computer systems
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and establishing data entry procedures for each client
  • Review and verify data prior to entry, perform daily audits, and data entry corrections
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software, such as EMR or similar systems

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in data entry or a related field

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience
