Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound communications (email, live chat, and phone) from advertisers and publishers related to onboarding, as well as relationship and campaign management
- Onboarding and setting up new accounts, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients
- Monitoring and optimizing ad campaigns to ensure performance targets are being met, providing timely support to inquiries according to SLAs
- Generating reports for clients when needed, providing valuable insights and data to inform their marketing strategies
- Communicating with cross-functional teams to relay pertinent information, ensuring that everyone is on the same page
- Collaborating with our operations team to identify and resolve issues, implementing process improvements to enhance our services
Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
