About the Role: Customer Support Consultant

In this exciting role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails. You'll build positive and long-lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible experience. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for meeting team KPIs, staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, and applying the latest customer happiness practices. You'll also maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
  • Meet team KPIs, consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing to the team's success
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, applying your knowledge to provide innovative solutions and improve customer experiences
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer support
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide accurate and effective support

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must), enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with customers
  • Analytical and research skills, allowing you to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and provide effective solutions
  • Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload), ensuring that you're equipped to work efficiently and effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems, enabling you to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data
