What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Rocking the phones like a pro: Support small business owners and provide exceptional customer service nationwide
- Scheduling appointments like a boss: Handle tasks efficiently and effectively

- Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient typing skills: Your typing speed exceeds 40 words per minute

- Competent in Spanish: This skill is highly advantageous for the role (Spanish proficiency will be verified; however, it's not mandatory)
Availability
We're looking for individuals who are available to work afternoon and weekend shifts, with a shift differential as an incentive for weekend shifts. Our shifts are typically between 9 am and 8 pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of working from home after training.
Work Setting and Location
Our work setting is in-person, with an opportunity to work from home after training. Our office is located in Ogden, UT 84404.
Physical Work Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to sit, talk, and work on a computer for long periods. If you're able to meet these physical requirements, we'd love to hear from you!
