Job Summary

As an Airline Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our airline partners and their passengers. You will work in a dynamic environment, interacting with diverse individuals, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to airline passengers and crew members, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey

  • Rotate through various airport locations, including ticket counters, lobby areas, gates, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport
  • Interact with passengers and crew members, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate jet bridges and perform other duties as required to ensure smooth airport operations
  • Handle cash transactions, manifests, and labeling, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications

* At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
  • Computer literacy, with experience using software applications and systems
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and pick up items, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds
  • Reading and comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airline or airport environment

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse interactions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make rational decisions
