Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Perceptionist, you'll work in a fast-paced technology-rich environment, becoming an expert in multiple industries and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a work-from-home position, and we're looking for candidates who are adaptable, have a growth mindset, and are committed to sales and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
