Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of our digital database. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching new accounts and enriching company information to enhance our database
  • Performing routine database maintenance, including imports, data entry, and contact merges
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our subscriber community, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Compiling standard promotional list pulls using multi-field, multi-value, and advanced logic
  • Processing renewal tip-ons, including scanning, qualification, data entry, and filing
  • Evaluating title and agency functions to code demographic information
  • Verifying a high volume of contact roles weekly to maintain an up-to-date directory of contacts
  • Locating contacts through websites and external directories or lists
  • Coordinating gift card distribution for incentivized projects
  • Providing support with custom projects as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fast typing skills, with knowledge of the touch typing system strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management principles
  • Good command of English, both oral and written, and excellent customer service skills
  • High school degree or equivalent
