Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing white-glove customer service to our high-profile clientele through the fulfillment of requests, including but not limited to:

• Dining reservations
• Ticket purchases
• Flower requests
• And many more!

You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your passion for customer service will shine through in every interaction. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every request is met with a smile, and that our clients feel valued and appreciated.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries is preferred
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Internet savvy and ability to work in a virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• $2.00/hour shift differential for all hours worked after 7pm ET

Requirements

To work from home, you'll need to meet the following criteria:

• Provide a private at-home office space, with a lockable door, free of distraction
• Procure, set up, and maintain high-speed internet access with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload
• Internet connection must be direct from modem/router to equipment via hard-wired Ethernet cord capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate (Cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods)
• Satellite users are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service
