Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to their problems
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site
- Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
- To be physically able to perform tasks that require lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- To be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
- To have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units
