As a key player in our Cx Retention team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives engagement, retention, and growth across our US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns.

Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives engagement, retention, and growth across our US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize email, push, and in-app campaigns, leveraging your expertise in CRM operations, marketing best practices, and data analysis to drive campaign performance and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy for all US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, determining channels and send cadence to maximize engagement and retention.

  • Create the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for performance and effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns, including creative briefs, asset requests, copy and design reviews, and campaign launches.
  • Pull lists from Snowflake using SQL and upload audiences to marketing platforms, ensuring seamless data integration and campaign execution.
  • Track initiatives, report progress to the team, and identify next steps from campaign learnings, as well as understanding campaign performance against current benchmarks.
  • Optimize engagement metrics through A/B testing and/or applying CRM team insights, and investigate performance inconsistencies to ensure campaigns have optimal scale and effectiveness.
  • Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Stay current on marketing best practices in email and push notifications, CRM operations, and best practices within Cx Retention team, sharing learnings and insights regularly.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer relationship management and campaign development.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Expertise in CRM tools and platforms, including email, push, and in-app campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of marketing best practices, including email and push notification marketing, CRM operations, and customer retention strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Snowflake and SQL, with the ability to pull lists and upload audiences to marketing platforms.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of customer retention strategies and best practices.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
