- What You'll Do
- Underwrite FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
- with precision and speed.
- Review credit, income, assets, and full documentation
- for accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams
- to finalize approvals and resolve conditions.
- Manage volume efficiently :
- 2-3 initial files and 6-8 final approvals daily.
- Ensure compliance
- with investor and agency standards (FHA, HUD, VA, IRRRL, SAR, TrumsID).
- What You Bring
- Experience :
- 3+ years of mortgage underwriting (FHA preferred).
- Certifications :
- DE or SAR required.
- Technical Skills :
- Familiarity with automated underwriting systems; Encompass and Excel preferred.
- Knowledge :
- FHA, VA, and Conventional guidelines; CHUMS, LAPP, SAR designations a plus.
- Detail-Oriented :
- Strong communication and documentation review skills.

- Pay :
- $31.25 / hour (Contract-to-Hire)
- Schedule :
- Flexible shifts (8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM); training shift 11 AM-6 PM EST.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25 / hr.
