Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist with the following experience: - Support internal employees using JAMF, Avast (virus protection), Slack, G Suite, SSO, VPN - Occasionally help on special security projects using SOC, SOC 2, and Vanta - SaaS experience strongly preferred This role is mostly supporting internal employees with their IT needs. We do have some special projects and security-related work, but it's a smaller portion of the position. For that reason, experience with SOC, SOC 2, or Vanta, is a huge plus!
