What You'll Do
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
- Receiving and/or placing telephone calls, which may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
- Answering customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, responding where applicable or directing to technical/service areas
- Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Analyzing customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable
- Navigating a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite within the last 18 months
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends
- Ability to be on camera during work hours
