As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. What you'll do
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customer concerns

- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless customer experience

What you'll need for success
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
