Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing our clients with top-notch customer service. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information about our travel services and products, and helping customers book and manage their travel itineraries. Responsibilities

  • Help customers book and manage their travel itineraries

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and software applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
