About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced customer service professionals to join our team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials up to $4.00 per hour, and bilingual differentials. Key Responsibilities
- Handle emergency signals in a timely and professional manner
- Notify and verify alarm signals to ensure accurate response

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
