Join Our Dynamic Team as a Part Time Customer Service Agent – French

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and fluent French-speaking Customer Support agent to join our shared team. As a successful candidate, you will also be required to be fluent in spoken English, allowing you to provide top-notch support to our clients' customers. The client group you will be joining is part of our shared group, which means you will receive comprehensive training on a second client and potentially other clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

In this exciting role, you will be expected to support customers across various channels, including calls, emails, chats, WhatsApp, letters, and social media. Your primary objective will be to work closely with our clients to provide professional and efficient support to their customers, ensuring that all interactions are in line with contractual agreements. Your excellent customer service skills will be essential in assisting customers with their inquiries, advising them on products, and providing the best possible resolutions.

  • Respond to all customer inquiries within the given timescales, efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of client products and services
  • Recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
  • Deal with all correspondence as requested or required
  • Log all calls accurately and in line with procedure
  • Maintain and update all administration tasks
  • Consult product manuals to advise customers on appropriate options and solutions
  • Meet minimum monitoring criteria and daily/weekly targets

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Experience or aptitude for Customer Service
  • Good organizational skills
  • A minimum of 20 words per minute (wpm) typing speed on a keyboard
  • A working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve deadlines
  • ECDL qualification is an advantage
