Key Responsibilities

As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound communications with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries to enhance their overall experience.
  • Providing accurate information regarding various loan products, their terms, and application procedures, and assisting clients throughout the loan application journey by explaining the required documentation and subsequent steps.
  • Resolving any issues or concerns that clients may encounter with their loan accounts, payments, or transactions, and collaborating with loan officers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and address complex issues as needed.
  • Documenting client interactions meticulously in our CRM system for accurate reference and follow-up, and continuously maintaining knowledge of our loan products, policies, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Adhering to compliance standards in all interactions to uphold company integrity, and ensuring that all client interactions are handled with a customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial aspirations.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer service experience of 1-2 years, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex loan terms clearly, and excellent problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client concerns efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems, and exceptional attention to detail in documenting inquiries and interactions.
  • A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial aspirations, and the ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with various loan products (e.g., home loans, personal loans) is advantageous.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills to effectively manage different communication channels, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
