Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company database.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in the data.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Knowledge & Skills

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Experience in collections, appeals, or denials management within the healthcare industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education / Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Experience in data entry or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and concepts preferred.
