As a Senior Director of Data Architecture and Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of data pipelines, solutions, and end-to-end data architecture to support our business needs.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Innovate: Oversee the design and development of data pipelines, solutions, and end-to-end data architecture to support our business needs.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing team of data engineers and architects, ensuring the robustness, security, and scalability of our data systems.
- Strategic Execution: Drive the execution of our data product strategy, aligning it with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- MDM and Data Governance: Implement Master Data Management (MDM) and governance practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Cloud Solutions: Develop and manage cloud-based data solutions, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their data needs and aligning them with our data strategy.
- Advanced Technologies: Utilize big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, and integrate them with cloud-based advancements to develop state-of-the-art data solutions.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
