The Capital Advisory Council The Capital Advisory Council brings together a select group of senior professionals who contribute perspective, access, and engagement across relevant capital ecosystems. Council members support ImpactVest through strategic introductions, market insight, and participation in capital-focused initiatives aligned with the firm’s long-term objectives. The Council is intentionally structured to be capital-focused, streamlined, and high-impact, enabling advisors to engage flexibly while contributing meaningfully to ImpactVest’s institutional growth. This structure allows advisors to focus on cultivating aligned capital relationships and supporting thoughtful capital formation. Participation on the Capital Advisory Council is selective and aligned with ImpactVest’s institutional orientation and global outlook. Role Overview Members of the Capital Advisory Council contribute to ImpactVest’s growth by supporting capital engagement through strategic introductions, market access, and informed perspective on investor alignment and capital strategy. The role is designed for experienced professionals who are comfortable operating in a collaborative, advisory capacity and who are motivated by contributing to the growth of an institutionally-built investment platform. Advisors engage selectively and purposefully, supporting capital initiatives aligned with ImpactVest’s long-term vision and strategy. How Advisors Contribute Advisors may contribute in a variety of ways, including:
- Supporting capital formation through targeted, strategic investor introductions aligned with ImpactVest’s long-term objectives
- Participating in selected LP discussions, briefings, events, and capital-focused initiatives
- Providing perspective on investor positioning, market dynamics, and long-term capital strategy
- Serving as a trusted ambassador for ImpactVest within relevant capital ecosystems and investor communities
The scope and nature of each advisor’s engagement reflects individual strengths, relationships, and alignment with the platform. Ideal Profile The Capital Advisory Council is intended for senior professionals with meaningful experience and credibility across private markets and capital ecosystems. Ideal candidates may include:
