Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • At least one year of prior customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and concisely
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure and patience while speaking with patients and physicians
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and modern office procedures
