Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll work closely with our team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
Responsibilities

Key Qualifications
