Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data processing operations. This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage CVS data entry operations in a remote work setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts

• Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
• Participate in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
• Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
• Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
• Help create remedial activity plans and track fulfillment of these plans
• Create review tools for all populations and maintain information sections on all review tools
• Participate in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines
• Attend QM meetings and contribute to the development of quality management strategies

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work, or business administration)

• At least 2 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
• Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* RN or LPN clinical record QM evaluating experience or case management experience

• High level of proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Experience with data entry software and systems
