Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will:

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to your colleagues to enhance their performance on all key metrics
  • Demonstrate creativity and commitment to driving positive change in the workplace
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our services
  • Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support and making it easy for merchants to work with us
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and execute tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

We're Looking for Someone Who:

* Thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

  • Is customer-driven and excels at working with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Is adaptable and able to master new skills quickly, applying them to daily work
  • Has experience working with Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis
  • Excels in both individual and team-based settings

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis
